~Wooden Bowls~

Welcome Tuesday!!!!  Today I am going to share with you some pictures of my ever-growing wooden bowl collection.  Most of my bowls are a natural color, however I do have three painted bowls.  I would love to have more painted bowls one day.  My wooden bowl collection is a relatively new collection and I really like them.  I have placed them all over the house, but mainly in the kitchen and dining room.  Take a look around and let me know what you think! = )

Dan,
Your bowl collection is stunning and I'm really drooling over your candle mold display on the fireplace. The tin is really pretty when shown against the patina of the bowls.

With only one Finnish wooden cup in the house, I envy you for all these lovely bowls, but I do that every time when you show me one of your collections! I just have to enjoy yours! Greetings

Nice bowl collection! Mine are mostly natural but I would love to own a blue one. When I find them they are way over what I can afford.
I like how you displayed yours especially the two hanging up!

I am really into wood bowls, too. How did you manage to hang the big round ones?

Thanks for good pictures, always.

Hi Terri!

I believe the bowls were always intended to be hung. They both came with hangers. One is hung with an old string in the other has a metal hanger. It looks like someone drilled a small hole into the top of each bowl to attach the hanger with. I hope this helps! = )

Dan, You can't have too many bowls! I find them all over the place here in eastern NC, some dirt cheap, and others can be pricey. I do like the ones that can hang up though...art in itself.
