~A Nanny Update~

I just wanted to stop in and give everyone a quick update on Jeff's grandma, Nanny.

First, I cannot express how grateful I am to all of you for all the kind words and prayers that were said for Nanny. She would be so thrilled to know that so many people from all over the country and even some from other countries are praying for her.

Miraculously, Nanny seems to be getting better. She has exceeded the time that the doctors have given her. In fact, they let her go back to the nursing home that she has been living in for the last five years. The doctors still say this is the end and it is just a matter of time, but the family feels like she may pull through this and be okay.

Please continue to pray for Nanny and all of Jeff's family. Your prayers are very much appreciated and I cannot thank you all enough. I promise I will be back soon with a regular post.

Thank you for visiting Yesterday Once More. I appreciate you stopping by and I hope that you will come back as often as you can. Never forget, that doctors just "practice" medicine...they do not have all the answers.

All My Best,
~Dan~

I have had "Nanny" on my mind and heart a lot. I am so happy to hear such a positive update on her condition.

You are so right about the DR.'s just practicing medicine because we know who the great Physician is.

The docs don't know Jeff's Granny! She's a strong woman, and maybe her work on this earth is not completed. My prayers are for all of you.

So glad to hear some good news, Dan. And you are right, doctors do not know everything. Only the Lord knows when He is ready for us.
I hope she proves them wrong!

Dan: I have been following you since before your house was in CS. (I loved it, by the way!) And I love your little dogs, too. Prayers have been said here for Jeff's Nanny and I hope all will go well for her. I invite you to take a peek at my (new) blog... and become a follower; I would be honored. It's rather sporadic right now but I am learning the tricks of blogging. Joy http://theoldefarmhouse.blogspot.com
