Last week, my aunt called me and said that she no longer had room for her Hoosier cabinet. I had admired her cabinet since she bought it in the mid-1980's. You can imagine my excitement when she gave me the opportunity to buy it! I jumped at the chance, and my uncle helped us deliver it on Friday.
As you know, I love to tweak, so I immediately started working. I decided to display some of my vintage Fiesta in it. I have been collecting Fiesta for a while, and I have acquired a lot of it and needed some more display room. My aunt's Hoosier was the perfect place.
I collect the six original colors of Fiesta. The six original colors are: yellow, ivory, cobalt, red, light green, and turquoise. I am very proud of my disk pitchers in the six original colors and now I can display them all together!
After I loaded my new Hoosier with Fiesta, I had to tweak my two other display areas. They are a lot less crowded and I think it is easier to see all of the dishes. I hope you enjoy looking at the pictures.
Thank you for visiting Yesterday Once More. I appreciate you stopping by and I hope that you will continue to come back as often as you can. Never forget , "Take your work seriously but yourself lightly.
All My Best,
The Way Home
