New Sampler Arrangement

Over the last couple of days I have been compiling all of my samplers, with a few new additions, to make an arrangement down the basement steps. I always think that collections should be arranged together to achieve a greater impact. Before I had samplers in different rooms all over the house. Now they are all together and I think the arrangement turned out really well. I have some nail holes to patch and paint now, but it is worth it. Let me know what you think!

I also wanted to tell all of you about a new blog that I enjoy reading and following. The name of the blog is Stairway to Home. The author of the blog is Janice. She is a special education teacher like me. The outside of her house and beautiful! It reminds me a lot of mine. The inside is fantastic! She is a very talented decorator. You will not be disappointed. Tell her Dan sent you! To visit Janice, click here.

Thank you for visiting Yesterday Once More! I really appreciate you stopping by, and I hope you will come back as often as you can. Never forget how special you are. There are a lot of people who love you and who are counting on you.

My Best to You Always,

Love the samplers all in one spot. It is tricky to get things hung going down a stairway and yours looks great! Have a great day!

Super duper! Just like most of your home. I used to spread my collected things around the house too. Now I realize they have more impact if displayed together. Since I hadn't been by in a while, I took the opportunity to read previous posts and the story of Jeff's piano is bittersweet, love the new garage doors, good choice.

Hi'ya Dan,

I think grouping your samplers together creats a greater impact for them. Each sampler is a personal story/history that tells of a time when folks had the time and patience to work on them. You are very fortunate to have such a lovely collection.

Love your blog so much!!
